Danburite is a calcium boron silicate mineral of the orthorhombic crystal system. It has a Mohs hardness of 7 to 7.5 and a specific gravity of 3.0. Danburite is usually colorless, white, light yellow, or light pink. It is transparent to transluccent. It has a MOHS hardness of 7-7.5.
