 Charoite is a rare purple silicate mineral of the monoclinic crystal system. It has various shades of purple with swirls and wisps of color. It may have minimal fluorescence and chatoyancy. Charoite has a MOHs hardness of 5-6 and is of the monoclinic crystal system. It's streak is white. It is said that some of the metaphysical properties of Charoite may include:
