Chalcedony is a type of microcrystalline or cryptocrystalline Quartz. It comes in a variety of colors and is translucent to semi-transparent. Some examples of Chalcedony include Jaspers, Agates, Bloodstone, Carnelian, as well as a variey of colors. It is a 7 on the MOHS hardness scale. It is said that some of the metaphysical properties of Chalcedony (in general) may include:
- Harmony
- Generosity and goodwill
- Vitality
- Sense of community
