Bridge to Higher Consciousness

Apophyllite is a phyllosilicate and has a variety of colors such as white, colorless, pink, green, yellow, etc. It has a Mohs hardness of 4.5 to 5 and it's crystal form is prismatic, tabular, massive, cubic-shaped crystals, with distinctive triangular corners – often striated length-wise, grows in cubic, pyramidal, cluster and druzy forms. It is said that some of the metaphysical properties of Apophyllite may include:

Crown Chakra Crystal Body Layout

Objective:
The objective of this body layout is to assist in balancing and opening the Crown Chakra.

Crystals/Material Used:
1 Apophyllite, 2 Chevron Amethyst, 1 Black Tourmaline, 1 Clear Quart point, 2 Amethyst points, essential oil and white or violet candle.

Procedure:
Select a quiet area where you will be comfortably lying down. You may choose to light candles, incense, play music, diffuse essential oils, listen to nature sounds, or any other methods that help you to relax. Place the Black Tourmaline between your ankles or 6 inches below your feet. Place the Apophyllite above your head, just about touching the top of your head. Place the Clear Quartz point above the Apophyllite, facing upward. Next place the 2 Amethyst points on either side of the Apophyllite. Lastly, place the 2 Chevron Amethyst near each temple. Relax. Listen to your breathing, heartbeat, or music. Imagine a glowing ball of violet or white swirling on your Crown Chakra. Lie in this position for about 20 minutes or for as long as you feel is comfortable for you. As with all meditations or wellness sessions, sit up slowly and stand only when ready. Give gratitude for what you have received and enjoy a nice glass of water.
