I know how difficult it is to find time for employee training. I've been there myself!

Providing employee training is a crucial responsibility of the Recreation or Activity Director, however finding the time to do so is very challenging. I've been there and done that. As a manager, we often find ourselves...

  • stuck in meetings
  • on the phone
  • facilitating audits
  • completing paperwork
  • working on budgets

I've learned over the years that providing excellent employee training, saves us time in the long run.

When employees have the necessary skills needed to do their job, you will....

  • have happier residents
  • provide higher quality activity programs
  • spend less time hiring new employees
  • spend less time having to re-train employees

Studies show that high quality employee training...

  • increases staff morale
  • increases staff retention
  • improves service or product quality, which in this case refers to enhancing the lives of the seniors!
    Who doesn't want THAT?

I want to make YOUR job EASIER!

I pointed out some reasons why it is important to provide employee training, but let's be realistic. The last thing we want to do is research and plan for an inservice! I did the work for you by putting together an amazing bundle of inservices that I know will help make your job easier and provide more time for you to engage in meaningful activities with the residents, which is why you entered this profession in the first place!
