The sun is an amazing energy source as we all know. It charges our batteries and feeds the soul. I find that many crystals get a nice boost of energy when placed in direct sunlight but of course, we must show caution since some crystals may fade. Rose Quartz and Amethyst and others) really will fade over time if left in direct sunlight. Clear Quartz is one that especially thrives in direct sunlight. Note: please show caution if you place Quartz on a windowsill with a closed glass window, for this is a potential fire hazard. Another option is to place crystals in an area where they may receive the light but not direct sunlight.
