An important aspect of life is to be grateful for what you already have. Odds are you are full of abundance! Focus more on what you DO have, rather than what you do NOT have. Choose a method to express your gratification on a regular basis. Some ideas include:
Write in a journal or anywhere you feel comfortable.
Make gratitude videos or record yourself expressing what you are grateful for.
Give gratitude by saying it out loud or to yourself.

Make a gratitude bulletin board, collage, scrapbook, or any other creative project.
Make a gratitude tree. Use artificial Christmas trees or other types of trees in this project. On pieces of card stock, index cards or other type of ornament, write what you are grateful for. Hang on your tree and spend time each day or weekly, honoring what you are grateful for.
Be open to receiving (it may be gifts, money, support, contacts, opportunities, etc.)
Give back and share – this shows the universe that we are truly grateful for what we are receiving and in turn, increases our abundance as well.
